The forms for 2010/2011 session are on sale till Saturday 6th March, 2010 (Entrance examination day for Basic 7 students).

You can visit any of the following centres to obtain the application form:
1. Louisville Girls High School, Ijebu-Itele, Ogun State
2. Maryland Private School, Ikeja, Lagos State
3. St. Louis Nursery/Primary School, Akure, Ondo state
4. St. Louis Nursery/Primary School, Oremeji, Mokola, Ibadan, Oyo State
5. St. Louis Nursery Primary School, Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State

Completed application forms will be submitted on the day of the Entrance Examination.

Note:
There is no admission into SSS1 any more.
